Daniela Scattolin
FOUNDER & OWNER
Daniela Scattolin founded Lemondela liquor in 2017, finally realizing a lifelong dream of bottling her own successful recipe of the well-known Italian digestive Limoncello. Daniela, husband Alberto and son Robby moved from Italy to South Africa in 2006 and settled in the northern province of Limpopo. Here she found endless supplies of juicy, sun ripened lemons and started producing her Lemondela. Getting raving reviews on the drink from her guests at her own lodge she decided to register the brand and produce Lemondela on a larger scale.

Lemondela is a family business. Founder Daniela Kofler-Scattolin is the CEO. Alberto Scattolin is the project manager and son Robby Scattolin is the Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible for brand awareness, sales and expansion of the distribution channels.

Our mission is to create a national pride in locally produced products. Our aim is to produce a sophisticated alcoholic beverage that can be enjoyed in a variety of settings, whether you are in a bar, at a dinner table or sipping sundowners next to a pool. The beverage is not just a delicious drink but will also be known as a product you can cook with and create exciting, tasty and creative dishes.
